Careers
Surgery is a very competitive field and it is therefore important that you take any opportunity you can to gain valuable experience, boost your CV and show that you are dedicated to a career in surgery. Scrubs provides a number of opportunities for you to expose yourself to the world of surgery through our annual careers evening, regular surgical workshops, Bristol-Cardiff Exchange and National Aspiring Surgical Conference. Many of these events not only allow you to explore surgery but also provide you with a certificate for your portfolio which becomes increasingly important as the competition for places on surgical training programmes becomes ever more competitive.
